Torckit is a SaaS product that simplifies how freelancers can manage clients, projects, and finances without juggling multiple disconnected tools.
As a founding product designer, I worked on product thinking and UX UI design, focusing on reducing tool fatigue and creating a clearer, more reliable way for freelancers to run their work.
Focused on clarity, hierarchy, and system consistency to reduce cognitive load across tasks.

Torckit addresses the fragmentation in freelance workflows, where managing clients, tasks, timelines, and payments often requires multiple tools. The project explores how a single system can simplify daily work while giving freelancers better control and visibility.
Opportunity area
We identified that freelancers lose time and focus switching between tools, tracking work manually, and managing client communication across platforms.
We aimed to design a unified system that helps freelancers manage their work clearly, efficiently, and without unnecessary overhead.
Torckit starts with understanding the freelancers to personalise what comes next.
The dashboard gives freelancers a clear snapshot of their work in
one place.
Further helping freelancers keep all client details, context, and priorities.
This board helps freelancers track projects clearly from to-do to completion in one simple flow.
